1. Authorized Website & Portal Access

FJMRI grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform for bona fide scholarly, educational, and research purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent portal security, authentication mechanisms, or role permissions.
• Deploy automated scrapers, denial-of-service bots, or tools that impair portal availability.
• Upload malicious payloads, viruses, or corrupt document files to the submission system.
• Impersonate another academic, author, or peer referee.

2. User Accounts & Password Security

Authors, reviewers, and editors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify the Editorial Office immediately upon detecting any unauthorized access.

3. Author Representations & Warranties

When submitting a manuscript to FJMRI, the corresponding author expressly warrants and represents that:

• The work is entirely original, created by the named authors, and has not been published elsewhere.
• The manuscript is not under concurrent consideration by any other journal or conference proceeding.
• The manuscript does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret.
• The corresponding author has obtained full authority and written consent from all listed co-authors to submit the manuscript and accept these terms.
• The research was conducted ethically with required IRB or ethics committee approvals documented.

4. Intellectual Property & Open Access Licensing

All published scientific articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright ownership. The website design, layout, logos, CSS stylesheets, branding, and custom portal software are the intellectual property of FJMRI and protected under trademark and copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The journal website, publications, and editorial services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While FJMRI applies rigorous peer evaluation, the journal and publisher assume no legal liability for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the clinical, commercial, or scientific application of research published herein. Authors bear sole responsibility for the factual claims and experimental accuracy of their publications.

6. Termination of Access & Governing Law

FJMRI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in research misconduct. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing international scholarly publishing conventions.
