      <abstract>
        <p>The rapid escalation of agro-industrial residues presents critical environmental challenges, traditionally managed through ecologically detrimental practices such as open-field burning and unmonitored landfilling. This paper explores the transition toward a circular bioeconomy by examining two primary valorization pathways: the chemical and physical extraction of high-purity amorphous nano-silica from rice husk and crop residues, and the bioconversion of agro-industrial waste through specialized vermicomposting dynamics using indigenous earthworm species. We synthesize current empirical literature on alkaline leaching protocols, thermal calcination parameters, C:N stoichiometric optimization, humification indices, and heavy metal immobilization. Furthermore, we evaluate how these recovered agricultural inputs—specifically nano-silica foliar sprays and nutrient-dense vermicomposts—enhance crop resilience, improve soil micro-aggregate stability, and reduce reliance on synthetic agrochemicals.</p>
